In case you didn't know, we are primarily a screen printer rather than experts in online site building. We admit, we're not perfect and sometimes make mistakes along the way.
Our team is always on the lookout for more affordable shipping options and that's why we've decided to give EVRI a try, just as Shopify suggests. They're currently offering lower rates than Royal Mail, but our main concern is whether they'll deliver your orders as well as RM do. We're open to change in order to offer you the best service possible.
We want to ensure you're informed on what your shipping costs include.

We'd like to stress that this is a brand new store, and we're starting afresh due to certain circumstances that you may or may not know about. If you've been out of the loop for over three years - well, we can't really help you there!

"A Slight Technical Hitch" - We recently ran into a small hiccup on our online store. It seems that Shopify was giving us an "Oops! Cannot deliver to this address" message. After some investigation, we discovered that there was an error that we were unaware of, and it looks like we may have forgotten to enter our package sizes in the required section. Lesson learned – this is definitely a section that needs careful attention! We're certainly not wizards at building sites online, but we're learning and growing every day.
